In every home we walked through he automatically checked out the important things like the furnace, A/C, and to see if there are any structural issues with the house while we were more concerned about the layout and design. The market we were shopping in was tricky for buyers - low inventory, etc. I had started out trying to buy a house in Saline, but after a lot of looking I was starting to give up. He had his team at my house within 24 hours of my permission to list. They took professional photos, made brochures, and promptly arranged for an open house. The bathroom jet tub did not turn on during the inspection. The wall safety plug needed to be triggered on, unbeknownst to me. I thought it was dead so you can imagine my stress level (costs) of producing a video of it functioning. He walked me through simple troubleshooting and crisis averted. Everything start to closing was flawless. I cannot thank him and his team enough.

Tim and his team are pros throughout the entire home sale process. My wife and I am are investors from MI that now reside in San Francisco. We've built, bought and sold numerous properties; gaining experience both with professional agents as well as transacting as private parties (owner buying or selling direct without agents). However counterintuitive, we've generally had better experiences with private transactions supported by real estate attorneys than with brokers and or agents. Anticipating some level of frustration with the interest to sell four Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti properties, I eventually called Tim because I noticed his constant sales presence in the neighborhoods where we eventually sold and will be selling as leases expire. Tim was very knowledgeable, pragmatic, honest and his communication is both timely and clear. Tim's team helped to coordinate numerous activities after it was vacated by the tenant, including but not limited to replacing carpet, painting, replacing a few sinks/faucets, upgrading a couple light fixtures and the eventual cleaning to prep it for sale. Once clean and ready, they were prompt to photograph, list and market the home. We agreed on a price that was competitive, objectively supported by recent sales comps and landed at least two legitimate offers (3rd wasn't great) within less than 10 days. The closing was just as smooth as the rest of the process and we received our cash today! Looking forward to the sale of the next three local properties later this year, I'm relieved to know our subsequent transactions will be just as professional with Tim and his team.
